    Scott Frothingham is a Hotel Revenue Growth Expert since 1990. Using his decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Scott founded RevOptimum with his passion for revenue management and keen insight into increasing hotel profitability. Scott has helped hundreds of Hotel Businesses growth, by generating incremental revenue of more than $2Billion USD, executing strategic revenue boost plans. Prior to this endeavor, Scott held key positions in the hotel industry with Marriott International, Loews Hotel Company, Radisson Hotels and Sonesta Hotels and Resorts.
    Marisol Frothingham,
    Co-Founder and COO
    Marisol Frothingham is a Hotel Business Expert with more than 20 years of experience in increasing hotel performance and revenue growth. Marisol is responsible for the successful development and implementation of RevOptimum’s strategic vision and global operations. Previously, Marisol held positions with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Mandarin Oriental Hotels, Trump International Hotels, and Starwood Hotels. Marisol earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications with a concentration in Journalism from FLL University, and a Master of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the UOP.
    Mia Belle Frothingham,
    Co-Founder and CMO
    Oversees all aspects of corporate marketing and outreach strategies, including communications, brand identity, and international and digital advertising. Mia is also responsible for corporate brand planning, strategy, and operations. In 2017, she founded AIM Social Media Group and the Mia Belle Frothingham Foundation. Mia has a Revenue Management certification from Cornell University and is currently an undergraduate student at Harvard University.
    Maria Claudia Perez,
    Operations Director – Caribbean
    With 15+ years of experience in the hospitality industry in the US and Australia, Maria Claudia Perez is an expert in the field of revenue management and quality assurance with extensive experience in hotel systems such as Opera, Springer Miller, SynXis, and Siteminder. She graduated from the Starwood Hotels Academy as a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and a certified Star-Guest Response Champion, and her hospitality career includes affiliations with Mandarin Oriental Hotels, Le Meridien Hotels, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Stamford Plaza Double Bay Hotel in Australia, amongst others. Maria holds a Bachelors of Science in Marketing & Advertising from the University Polytechnic Grand Colombian in Bogota, Colombia. She also holds a diploma of Science in Business & Marketing from the Sydney Business & Travel Academy in Sydney, Australia.

    Since 2008, Javier Garcia has been responsible for the operations of RevOptimum’s current and future hotel clients in Latin America. Javier is an analytical revenue management leader who focuses on room accommodation and rate inventory controls and tactics, demand information, and sellout strategies. He boasts more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry in the US, Latin America, and Germany, including positions with prestigious hotel chains such as the Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental. Javier holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, and a Master of Science in Finance from the University Polytechnic Grand Colombian in Bogotá, Colombia.

    With 15+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, she excels at producing and maximizing revenue, and at crafting effective internet and e-commerce distribution strategies. Lisa is an expert in PMS, iHotelier, SynXis, Visual One/Agilysys, IQ Ware, Opera, Delphi, Sales Pro, and RevPAR Guru. Earlier in her career, Lisa gained valuable hotel industry experience as Benchmarking Director, Business Performance Manager, and Quality Control & Assurance Leader in independent hotel companies in the US, Europe, and Australia. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the ICMS, Sydney, Australia.

    An expert in revenue management, particularly the processes associated with demand, revenue, forecasting, opportunity analysis, and inventory management. Her specializations include—but are not limited to—pricing tactics, third-party distribution strategies, promotional rates approaches, OTA dealings, revenue management systems configuration and integration, and competitor set analysis.
